Room 7 Maths.

Today we had a problem in Room 7 Maths and our intrepid detectives were on the lookout for the person responsible. A 'giant' handprint was found near the scene of the crime and the pupils were working out the description of the suspect for the local authorities.

Here are the future Sleuths analysing the evidence.

Buddies.

Once again Room 7 has had the pleasure of working with our Buddies from Room 1. We decided to burn off our second breakfasts and have a Scavenger Hunt looking for cool facts about reptiles.

Buddy Solar System Scavenger Hunt.

Room 7 and Room 1 'Buddied up' and went on a scavenger hunt around the school finding out cool information on the Solar System.

As you can see lots of fantastic teamwork and great use of our ACER values.

My favourite quote was from Cory who exclaimed "This is hard, BUT FUN!!!!"

C.I.A Time in Maths.

C.I.A time in Room 7 Maths class. When we have finished marking our homework and completed any queries ( which the girls are explaining on the main board ) we then go onto our C. I. A. Time where we have lots of interaction and discussion. Jess and Caniya are leading 10 Pin Bowling which is one of the most popular activities. Come to the Parent Maths Evening for an opportunity to join in this fun activity.

Maths in Room 7 - How heavy are we on other planets?

Today in Room 7 Maths we were working out how heavy we are on other planets. Lots of interesting results and lots of inquiring minds working.
