Making our Te Reo signs.
As part of our Te Reo work Room 7 are making display posters to help us when we are pronouncing our words. They are starting to look really cool. The pupils have been split into small groups, one is making the English half and the other is making the Maori translation. I'm looking forward to the finished pieces as the groups are showing their ACER value of Excellence. Well done!! 😄

Thank you PTA (Home and School Team)
At the end of last term the Learning Teams were very kindly given a large amount of money to spend, which we are extremely grateful for. I had the pleasure of spending this cash and used it to buy new books for our classes which the students are currently enjoying. Thank you once again from the very Happy senior students.

Another busy morning in Room 7. Pupils are looking forward to our second visit of the week to Life Education and Harold after morning tea. We are just getting some of our finishing touches added to our work, publishing our letters on the computers, competitively spelling using Steal It! And adding detail to our Graphica activities.

Spelling Time.
We are 'playing' Steal It!
This is an activity similar to Scrabble where pupils are allowed to take words others have made in order to make larger words. Very creative and competitive. 😎

Milo Reward.
Room 7 were very pleased to see Mrs. Fuller in our room this morning, enveloped in the aroma of Hot Milo. Mrs. Fuller had come in to show her appreciation of the hard work our Seniors do around the school in their roles and duties.
